Howard Koenig is the President and CEO of Citadon, Inc. His accomplishments include the scaling of sales forces and sales accomplishments in emerging markets, development of successful E-commerce initiatives in large and entrepreneurial enterprises and organizational development.

As the CEO of BenefitAmerica, Howard led the company through its growth and acquisition by UnumProvident. Howard was also the CEO of Responsys, a provider of email marketing solutions to enhance customer relations.

Howard served as the Corporate Vice President of Operations and Client Services for Automatic Data Processing (ADP), Director of Commercial Systems Integration at Oracle Corporation, as well as a managing partner at Anderson Consulting.
