Jeffrey A. "Jeff" Day

Jeff Day founded International Leverage, LLC (IL) in 2002, after 20 years of working for Fortune 10 companies as well as start-up ventures. Since 2002 Jeff has served in President/CEO positions for two companies one with revolutionary motor/generator technology and the other with an innovative, low-cost process to extract oil and gas from marginal wells.

Emerging Company/Transactional experience:
Under Jeff’s leadership as the President and CEO of Light Engineering, LE won business with blue-chip companies, such as Toyota. Jeff was the Senior Vice President Marketing and Sales for Magnequench, Inc., and started the company’s business in Japan, which delivered more than 70% of company revenues, nearly 95% of company net income. Under Jeff’s management as the Director International Operations and Director of South American and Asian Operations for a division of Delphi Automotive Systems, he quadrupled revenue over a seven-year period while exceeding industry profit and RONA benchmarks.

Company Affiliation/Investments:
Jeff served as a member of the GE corporate team, where he was responsible for divesting the NiCad battery business. As International Business Development Manager within the consumer electronics division of General Electric, Jeff was responsible for starting manufacturing assembly and distribution businesses in Brazil and Argentina, as well as Brand Manager of Soft White light bulbs and a member of the GE corporate team responsible for divesting the NiCad battery business.

Education:
Jeff graduated from Vanderbilt University with honors and holds a Master of Science with honors from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management of Northwestern University.
