John Hagedorn is a retired CFO, financial and general management consultant with 26 years of experience as a senior financial manager. He has held CFO positions for Data I/O, IC Works (Cypress), C-Cube (LSI Logic) and Premisys (Zhone).

Emerging Company/Transactional experience:
As the Vice President, Finance for P-I-E, John negotiated many acquisitions, which increased sales for the firm from $135M to $400M. At Intel, John held many key positions including Controller of the Components Group, Director of Production Planning, and CFO of Intel Europe, during which the company grew from $900M to $2B.

Company Affiliation/Investments:
John serves on the Board of Nucleus Partners, and Spectrum Stores, a $250M private convenience store chain that he helped found.

John is a graduate of Yale University and Harvard Business School.
