Mike Liccardo has over 30 years of experience in a variety of high technology areas including storage/server, semiconductor, networking and multimedia markets. Mike was the CEO of Amnis Systems, a network video company, and led its restructuring during 1998-2003.
Emerging Company/Transactional experience:
Mike led the spin out and external funding of Lexar Media from Cirrus Logic and served as the interim CEO during 1996-1997. Mike was the V.P of Business Development at Cirrus Logic, which completed its IPO in 1990, and led the company through its first strategic corporate acquisition. He also served as Chief Operating Officer at Scientific Micro Systems, successfully leading the company through an IPO and several acquisitions.

Mike is a member of the Board of Directors of Amnis Systems. He served as a member of the Board of Directors of BusLogic from 1993-1995.
Education:
Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley, and a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University.
